This map is taken from the title deeds.  The main house is hidden from the cottage by foliage of various types.

The garden has fig trees, Seville and Jaffa oranges, tangerines,  grapefruit, apricots and olives.  The tallest trees in the garden are  Palm, Pecan and Judas trees. There are examples of Parkinsonia and Washingtonia.

Near the house is a Bahinia which is a type of large orchid native to India and a large cactus. Some unusual  shrubs have recently been planted.
